An agreement signing ceremony between Bangladesh Bank and Midland Bank Ltd was held on 05.12.2013 at the Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka. Mr. Sukamal Sinha Chowdhury, General Manager of SME & Special Programs Department of Bangladesh Bank and Mr. A K M Shahidul Haque, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank Limited have signed the agreement on be half of their respective organizations. Under this agreement Midland Bank will enjoy Refinance Scheme facilities of Bangladesh Bank Fund.

Mr. A H M Kai Khasru, Executive Director, S M Ferdous Hossain, Deputy General Manager of Bangladesh Bank and Mr. Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Khadem Mahmud Saiful Alam, Assistant Vice President of Midland Bank Limited were also present on this occasion along with other officials of both the organizations.
