1st Annual General meeting of the shareholders of Midland Bank Ltd. was held in Saturday, 26th instant, at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. Mr. M Moniruzzaman Khandaker, hon’ble Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. Number of Directors and Sponsors of the Bank were present in the meeting. Mr. A K M Shahidul Haque, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Khandokar Nayeemul Kabir, DMD of the Bank along with other high officials of the Bank were also present. The Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended 31st December, 2013 was adopted in the meeting alongwith other issues.
