MDB Distributor Financing
Distributor finance by definition means to meet the working capital requirements of Distributors of Corporate Anchors. The funding facility is offered to Distributors in the form of direct financing by means of loans/guarantee which is subject to annual review. The amount is disbursed/credited to anchor’s account directly. Distributor will repay the amount to Midland Bank PLC account after/within the certain cash cycle (the number of days it needs the product/s to be converted to cash). These facilities are typically used for funding inventory and receivables on a short-term basis. The process will be initiated by signing off a collaborative agreement or a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Corporate Anchor and Bank. However, based on Corporate Anchor’s business nature and comfort, the requirement of having singed-off a collaborative agreement or MoU can be relaxed.
