A Tripartite agreement was signed amongst Midland Bank Limited (MDB), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at DSE Tower, Nikunja, Dhaka. The agreement was signed for sharing uniform and integrated electronic subscription system for IPO subscription of the public offer portion of Midland Bank Limited.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director and CEO of Midland Bank Limited, Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammed, Chief Regulatory Officer of DSE and Hasnain Bari DGM of CSE signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Amongst others, Sattique Ahmed Shah, CFO and Acting MD of DSE, Md. Rabiul Islam, AGM & Head, Listing Affairs Dept. of DSE were present in the programme. From Midland Bank Limited, Khalid Mohammad Sharif FCS, Company Secretary and Didarul Islam, Vice President, Financial Administration Division were present in the signing programme. Officials from LankaBangla Investment Limted, who is the Issue Manager of the IPO were also present on the occasion led by its CEO, Iftekhar Alam.
