Midland Bank PLC. introduced Online Customer Service Feedback Survey Programme, which will be held on quarterly basis, titled “Feedback & Win”. The results of the feedback are being used to improve the service standard and products of the Bank. A prize giving ceremony of the June quarter winners of the programme was held on 15th July 2024 in the board room of the Bank’s Head Office, at Gulshan Dhaka. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, honourable Managing Director & CEO of the Bank along with Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director handed over the prizes among 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of the programme, as chief guest. Earlier, lottery draw programme of the June Quarter Survey was held in Gulshan Branch of the Bank on July 10, 2024 at 11a.m in presence of customers, three of whom kindly agreed to pick the winning lottery tickets to select 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners. The event was recorded for audit purposes and the winners names were announced and congratulated. It is to be mentioned that as per terms of the Feedback & Win Online Customer Service Survey Programme, a total 12855 customers were selected randomly whose feedback was sought to assess the Bank’s service standard and product quality. Of them, 441 customers’ kindly responded all whom were included in the lottery to win attractive prizes for taking the time to provide their valuable feedback.
