Midland Bank Limited (MDB) signed a MoU with Silkways Card and Printing Limited, the sole approved agent in Bangladesh to manufacture and personalize Visa cards. Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, MD & CEO of MDB and Mr. Sk Farid Ahmed, Managing Director of Silkways Card and Printing Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations in a simple ceremony held on 22nd November 2017 at the Banks Head Office, Dhaka.
As a result of this MoU, MDB engages an approved entity for personalizing Visa cards to become compliant.

Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Head of IT & CTO and Mr. Mostafizur Rahman, Head of Cards of MDB and Mr. Syed Shuja Uddin, Advisor of Silkways Card and Printing Ltd. were also present at the signing ceremony along with other officials of both organisations.
