Town Hall Meeting 2018 of Midland Bank Limited was held in Dhaka on 28th July 2018 at its expanded Training Institure within its Head Office complex.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank was present at the meeting along with the Senior Management team.

Amongst others, all Branch Managers and Customer Service Managers along with Head office personnel were present in the Town Hall meeting.

Performance appreciation, Certificate distribution and cultural programme followed by dinner with the Managing Director was held in the Town Hall. Open discussion was held with staff to improve work procedure and make it easier for staff to conduct their work. Managing Director urged all Officials to ensure excellence in service and help clients’ meet their financial goals while remaining compliant with regulatory guidelines.
