Midland Bank Limited (MDB) formally inaugurated another two Agent Banking Centres at Guzia Bazar and Amtoli Bazar, 4 no. Shibgonj Union of Shibgonj Sadar Upozila, Bogura on 12th December, 2018 to take modern Banking services to the unbanked masses. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Centres as Chief Guest. Tofail Ahmed Shagar, Chairman, 4 No. Shibgonj Sadar Union and Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam, Proprietor of M/s. Deshbondhu Solar & Electronics, Agent of both Centres, were also present along with local businessmen and elites. Earlier, the Bank appointed M/s. Deshbondhu Solar & Electronics, a local business house, as an Agent of Guzia Bazar and Amtoli Bazar Agent banking Centres of the Bank for rendering banking services.

Clients, businessmen, local elites, Md. Ridwanul Haque, Head of Retail Distributions & Agent Banking Division, Head of Bogura and Mokamtola Branch of the Bank along with other Officials were also present on the occasion. At the start of the ceremony, Munajat seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah, for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the Bank’s Agent Banking Centre and the Country as well, was held.
