Midland Bank Limited formally opened its 19th branch (rural br.) at Chowdhuryhat of Hat Hajari, Chittagong on 27th December, 2015. Mr. Kazi Zafarullah, Sponsor Shareholder of the Bank inaugurated the Branch as Chief Guest. Mrs. Nilufer Zafarullah, M.P., Vice Chairperson, Master Abul Kashem, Md. Issa Badsha (Moshin) and Md. Kamal Hossain, Directors of the Bank were present on the occasion as special guests. Managing Director and CEO Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman was present.

Clients, Businessmen, local elites, Syed Mohammed Omar, FAVP & Head of Chowdhuryhat Branch and other high officials of the Bank were also present on the occasion. The ceremony started with monajat seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the Bank and country as well.
