Midland Bank launched Customer Services & Complaint Management (CS&CM) software

Midland Bank PLC. (MDB) introduced Customer Services & Complaint Management (CS&CM) software to ensure better monitoring, faster resolution and better accountability in its customer complaint management process.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, MD & CEO of MDB formally launched the software as Chief Guest through a simple ceremony at its Head Office in Gulshan recently. Md. Zahid Hossain, DMD & Chairman of CS&CM Cell of the Bank, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan, CEO of Divine IT Ltd. and members of CS&CM Cell of the Bank were present at the event and cut a cake along with the other officials of this project from both MDB and Divine IT.

Divine IT Ltd. a renowned IT Firm developed the customer Services & Complaint Management (CS&CM) software for Midland Bank.

The MD & CEO of the Bank expressed his gratitude to the whole team, who worked hard to implement the software on time.  He also gave thanks to Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan, CEO of Divine IT Ltd. and his team for timely handing over of the software. For implementation of this software, the Bank will now be able to handle its Complaint Management activities greater efficiency.
