A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank Limited and Loop Freight Ltd. at the corporate head office of the Bank at Gulshan 2, Dhaka on 13.12.2020. Loop Freight is leading provider of scheduled freight pick up and delivery, optimize asset management of transporters and fast freight payment processing services.

In presence of Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank, Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, Acting Head of Corporate Banking Division and Rajib Das, Managing Director of Loop Freight signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the MoU, Loop Freight will use Midland Cash Management (MCM) application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, nationwide.

Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director, Prashanta Kumar Saha, Relatioship Manager, Corporate Liability Management Unit of Midland Bank and Manob Saha, Finance Associate of Loop Freight were also present.
