Signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Collection and Payment through BEFTN between Sandhani Life Insurance Co. Ltd (SLICL) and Midland Bank Limited (MDB) was held on 26th December 2016 at the premises of Bank’s Head Office, Dhaka.

Mr. Ahasanul Islam Titu, Managing Director & CEO of SLICL and Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of MDB signed the memorandum on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the agreement, Midland Bank will provide intregrated banking facilities to Sandhani Life Insurance Co. Ltd for collection and payment through BEFTN.

Colonel Wais Huda, PSC (Ret), Chairman and Farhan Uddin ACA, Managing Director of SL Finance Ltd, Mr. Amiya Kanti Das Gupta, DMD, Mr. Nemai Kumar Saha, DMD & CFO and Md. Mahabubur Rahman, Senior DGM of SLICL and Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, DMD, Muhammad H. Kafi, CIO, Md. Zahid Hossan, Head of Corporate Banking of MDB were also present on the occasion along with other high officials of both the organizations.
