Midland Bank PLC. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Meena IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and Fertility Care Limited. Meena IVF & Fertility Care is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility dedicated to providing advanced fertility treatment along with compassionate, patient-centered care.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at Midland Bank PLC.’s Head Office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka on 8 December 2025. Mr. Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Midland Bank and Dr. Lubna Yasmin, Chief Consultant of Meena IVF & Fertility Care, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under this partnership, all Midland Bank cardholders (Debit, Credit, and Prepaid) will enjoy a completely free first screening, which includes consultation, ultrasound and counselling. In addition, cardholders will receive a 25% discount on all pathological investigations, 5% discount on all radiology and imaging investigations, BDT 10,000 discount on IVF packages and BDT 2,000 discount on IUI procedures at Meena IVF & Fertility Care. Md. Abed-Ur-Rahman, Head of Cards, Midland Bank and Mehmud Hasan Joy, Senior Manager, Operations, Meena IVF & Fertility Care were also present at the event, along with other officials from both organizations.
