Midland Bank PLC. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IFAD Motors Ltd., the country’s authorized distributor and manufacturer of Royal Enfield motorcycles in Bangladesh.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at the Bank’s Head Office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka on September 23, 2025. Mr. Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Chief Technology Officer of Midland Bank PLC., and

Mr. Muidur Rahman Tanvir, Head of Business of IFAD Motors, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under this partnership, all Midland Bank Credit Cardholders will get up to 36 months EMI facility on the purchase of Royal Enfield motorcycles from IFAD Motors’ designated sales outlets.

Md. Abed-Ur-Rahman, Head of Cards, Midland Bank PLC., and M A Aziz, DGM, Commercial and Banking, IFAD Motors Ltd., were also present at the event, along with officials from both organizations.
