Midland Bank PLC. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Best Western Plus Bay Hills on 15 December 2025. Best Western Plus Bay Hills, Cox’s Bazar, is the iconic maiden upscale four-star hotel of Goldsands Group, located at Himchari, Cox’s Bazar.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at Midland Bank PLC.’s Head Office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. Mr. Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Deputy Managing Director & CTO of Midland Bank and Mr. Md. Tajuddin Mahmood, Deputy Managing Director, Best Western Plus Bay Hills, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under this partnership, all Midland Bank cardholders (Debit, Credit, and Prepaid) will enjoy 40% discount on room tariff (Rack Rate), 15% discount on Banquet Hall services, and 10% discount on the à la carte menu.

Mr. Md. Abed-Ur-Rahman, Head of Cards, Midland Bank, and Mr. Md. Abu Seheri Forhad, Head of Sales, Best Western Plus Bay Hills, were also present at the ceremony, along with other officials from both organizations.
