Midland Bank Training Institute (MDBTI) organized a 5 days long Foundation Training Programme Third Batch for its officials at the Training Institute, Gulshan, Dhaka from 01st April to 5th April, 2018. Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank inaugurated the programme as Chief Guest. Officials from Branches and Head Office of the Bank participated in the Training Programme. Banking topics were presented in the Training Programme to enhance the knowledge and service quality of the Bank’ human capital. The Managing Director and CEO of the Bank distributed the certificates among the 26 participants at the closing ceremony of the training programme wishing success to the attendees as they pursue their careers at the Bank.
