Midland Bank Training Institute (MDBTI) organized a 05 days long Foundation Training Programme for its officials at the Training Institute of the Bank in Gulshan, Dhaka from 09th September to 13th September, 2018.
Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the programme as Chief Guest.
Officials from Branches and Head Office of the Bank participated in the Training Programme. Banking topics were presented in the Training Programme to enhance the knowledge and service quality of the Bank’s human capital.
The Managing Director and CEO of the Bank distributed the certificates among the participants at the closing ceremony of the training programme wishing success to the attendees as they pursue their career at the Bank. Head of Corporate Banking Division Md. Zahid Hossain and Head of HRD Tapash Chakraborti were also present at the certificate awarding ceremony.
