Midland Bank Limited (MDB) formally inaugurated another Agent Banking Centre recently at Village: Shingher Chor, Union: 01 No. Aichgati, of Rupsha Thana, Khulna to take modern Banking services to the unbanked masses. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Centre as Chief Guest along with Alam Howlader, Member, 7 No. Ward, Chor Musabbarpur, Ismail Sikder, and President of Shingher Chor 4 No. Ward Awami League and Md. Abdul Hakim Shah, Proprietor of M/s. Raju Poultry Farm. Earlier, the Bank appointed M/s. Raju Poultry Farm, a local business house, as an Agent of the Bank for rendering banking services.

Clients, businessmen, local elites, Md. Ridwanul Haque, Head of Retail Distributions & Agent Banking Division, Monowar Hossain, Head of Khulna Branch of the Bank along with other Officials were also present on the occasion. At the start of the ceremony, Munajat seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah, for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the Bank’s Agent Banking Centre and the Country as well, was held.
