Midland Bank Limited (MDB) formally inaugurated another Agent Banking Centre at Jhaturdia Bazar, Kaichail Union, Nagarkanda Thana Faridpur on 04 November 2019 to take modern Banking services to the unbanked masses. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Centre as Chief Guest along with Md. Kabir Hossain Thandu Master, Chairman, Kaichail Union Parishad, Md. Shahed Mia, Prominent Freedom Fighter, Nagarkanda Thana, Alak Mondol, Proprietor of M/s. Mondol Hardware and other local elites.  Earlier, the Bank appointed M/s. Mondol Hardware, a local business house, as an Agent of the Bank for rendering banking services.

Clients, businessmen, local elites, Md. Ridwanul Haque, Head of Retail Distribution, Md. Arifuzzaman, Head of MDB Panchar Br and Abul Kalam, Head of MDB Maligram Branch, were also present on the occasion along with other officials of the Bank. During the ceremony, Munajat seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah, for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the Bank’s Agent Banking Centre and the Country as well, was held.
