A three day long “Banker-SME Women Entrepreneur Conference & Product Exhibition Fair – 2098” held at Bangladesh Shishu Academy premises from March 8-10, 2019 organized by Bangladesh Bank.

Dr. Dipu Moni, MP and Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Education was present at the inaugural ceremony of the exhibition fair as Chief Guest. Mr. Fazle Kabir, Hon’ble Governor, Bangladesh Bank was also present as Special Guest.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank Ltd. along with Mohammad Iqbal, Head of EC & SP, K.M. Mohaymen Billah, Head of SME Division also attended the programme along-with other high officials of Different Banks.

Midland Bank Limited (MDB) participated in the Product Exhibition Fair. M/s. Shawon Hasto Shilpo, represented by its Proprietor Mrs. Anowara Akter Sheuly, one of the women entrepreneur customer of MDB displayed their products in the stall provided by the Bank.

Different Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions participated in the Product Exhibition Fair. Women Entrepreneurs, financed by different Financial Institutions participated in the Product Exhibition Fair and displayed their products in the stall, provided by the respective Financial Institutions. The Product Exhibition Fair was open to all visitors.
