Midland Bank has implemented a cutting-edge ATM & POS Reconciliation System in partnership with Flora Systems, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Thinkprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Thinkprise Solutions, a leader in e-Transaction reconciliation products, has successfully deployed this innovative solution across various banks in India.

This new system will streamline the bank’s daily transaction reconciliation processes. The system is designed to reduce turnaround times (TAT), enabling faster resolution of customer complaints. This enhanced operational efficiency is expected to lead to greater customer satisfaction and improved overall service quality. Mr. Subodh Bhowmick, CTO and other senior officials of Flora Systems along with the officials of ThikPrise were presented. Mr. Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, CTO, along with other Senior Members, IT and Card officials of Midland Bank PLC. were also present at the ceremony.
