Midland Bank PLC. (MDB) held the raffle draw of its “MDB Goal-Rush Deposit Campaign 2026” on August 12, 2026, at the Bank’s Uttara Branch in the presence of senior officials and valued clients of the Bank.

The raffle draw marked the conclusion of the month-long deposit campaign, which was launched to encourage customers to strengthen their savings and deposit relationships with Midland Bank while celebrating the excitement surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Through the raffle draw, three customers were selected as winners. Mr. Joy Das of Barishal Branch won the 1st Prize, Mr. Md. Fayezullah of Mirpur Branch won the 2nd Prize, and Mr. Zahirul Islam of Lakshmipur Sub-Branch won the 3rd Prize.

Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank PLC., attended the raffle draw programme along with Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & CRO; Mohd. Javed Tarek Khan, SEVP & Head of Institutional Banking Division; Md. Ibrahim Khalil, VP & Manager of Uttara Branch; and Md. Rashadul Anwar, VP & Coordinator of RDD & Head of PRD. A number of valued clients of the Bank were also present on the occasion.

The “MDB Goal-Rush Deposit Campaign 2026” was conducted from June 21 to July 19, 2026, covering new Savings (SB), Current (CD), Short Notice Deposit (SND), and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts. Customers maintaining a minimum eligible deposit of BDT 100,000 could participate in the campaign. Customers were also able to participate through Midland Bank’s digital banking channels during weekends and public holidays.

As part of the campaign, customers had opportunities to win various attractive prizes, including football jerseys, flags, footballs, smartphones, and 4K Smart TVs. The campaign also encouraged active participation from the Bank’s Branches and Head Office business units.
