On the occasion of Birth Centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Mrs. Nilufer Zafarullah, Honourable Chairperson of Midland Bank Limited (MDB) formally inaugurated Mujib Corner at the Head Office premises on 18th March in presence of Mr. Rezaul Karim, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, Mr. Omar Zafar, Director and Mr. Mohammad Masoom, Managing Director (Current Charge). Other Senior Executives of the Bank were also present on the occasion.

Midland Bank Limited also setup another Mujib Corner at the Maligram Branch of the Bank located at Maligram Bazar, Bhanga, Faridpur.

Mentionable here that, mural and portrait of the Bangabandhu along with the books and different publications on Father of the Nation and our Liberation War will remain on display at the Mujib Corner.
