A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank Limited and UDDIPAN, a national development organization, at the corporate head office of the Bank at Gulshan 2, Dhaka on 07.12.2020.

In presence of Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank, Md. Ridwanul Hoque, Head of Retail Distribution of Midland Bank and Bidyut Kumar Basu, Executive Director & CEO of Uddipan signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the MoU, Uddipan will use Midland Cash Management (MCM) application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, nationwide. Shah Alam, Senior Assistant Director (Accounts & Finance) of Uddipan, Faisal Ahmed, Head of Branch SME and Retail Business, Md. Rashed Akter, Head of Gulshan Branch and Cluster-1 of Midland Bank were also present among others of both the organisations.
