A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank and K-ONE Limited at the corporate head office of the Bank at Gulshan 2, Dhaka on 29.01.2024.

K-ONE Limited is a Hong Kong based 100% export oriented fashion handbag and leather goods manufacturer. In Bangladesh the company was established in end of 2022. Currently, 400 employees are working in the fatory, located in Gazipur. K-ONE Limited are manufacturing ladies bag specialy made by heigh quality PU and PVC. They are principally engaged in developing and manufacturing handbags and leather goods, on behalf of leading international fashion brands. They have a wide international customer base, including global fashion brands. They manufacture handbags and small leather goods sold by their customers in many parts of North America, Europe and Asia.

In presense of Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, MD & CEO of Midland Bank, Mr. Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, Head of Institutional Banking Division of MDB and Mr. Gee Shing Chi Roger, Director, K-ONE Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the MoU, K-ONE Limited will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, nationwide. Prashanta Kumar Saha, Head of Corporate Liability Management Unit of Midland Bank was also present along with other Executives and Officers of both organizations.
