The Management of Midland Bank Limited donated Tk. 10.00 to Prime Minister’s Relief and Welfare Fund to help fight the coronavirus.
The Management of the Bank has contributed this money for sourcing/procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Coronavirus Testing Kit and Respiratory equipment supplying for the affected people and also to conduct relief operations for the marginal people of the country, who became jobless due to long holiday/lockdown.
Mentioned may be made here that earlier, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Midland Bank Limited (MDB) as a member of Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) donated BDT 20.00 lac to the “Prime Minister’s Relief Fund” on 31st March 2020.
