Business Review Meeting 2020 of Retail Distribution (Branch, Sub-Branch, Agent Banking, Islami Banking, Cards, etc.) of Midland Bank Limited was held in Dhaka on 10th October 2020 in the digital platform considering current pandemic situation.
Mr. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the meeting as Chief Guest. Mr. Mohammad Masoom, Additional Managing Director of the Bank was present on the occasion as Special Guest.
Md. Ridwanul Hoque, Head of Retail Distribution was also present along with Heads of Branches, Sub-Branches, Agent Banking, Islami Banking, Cards. Head of CRM, EC&SP, SME, IT, FAD, CAD, HRD, Operations, ICCD were also present.
Business performance of the Branches, Sub-Branches, Agent Banking Centres, Islami Banking, Cards up-to Septemebr 30th 2020 was reviewed, whole yearly budget of 2020 assessed and strategy for achieving the budget was discussed in the conferenc. Considering current pandemic situation, Heads of Branches, Sub-Branch, Agent Banking, Islami Banking, Cards was urged to ensure excellence in sevice and help clients meet their financial goals while remaining compliant with regulatory guidelines.
