Annual Business Budget Strategy Summit 2023 of Institutional Banking, SME and Treasury Divisions of Midland Bank Limited was held in the Board Room of the Bank’s Head Office located at Gulshan 2, Dhaka on 14th January 2023.
Mr. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Summit meeting as Chief Guest. Mr. Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank was also present as Moderator of the meeting.
Head of Institutional Banking Javed Tarek Khan and Unit Heads and Relationship Managers of Institutional Banking and Head of Treasury Division Nazmul Ahsan made their business strategy presentations for 2023 along with presentation from Head of SME Md. Ahsan Jamil Hossain. Senior Management Team and Divisional Heads of the Bank were also present in the Summit. Performance of 2022 was reviewed and Annual Budget for the year 2023 of Institutional Banking, SME and Treasury Divisions were presented and strategies to achieve the budget was discussed. All were urged to ensure excellence in service and help clients meet their financial goals, while remaining compliant with regulatory guidelines, maintaining asset quality, ensuring recovery of non-performing loan and delivering on shareholders’ return.
