Annual Business Strategy Summit 2022 of Institutional Banking, Treasury and Offshore Bankingof Midland Bank Limited was held through digital platform on 22nd January 2022.
Mr. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Summit meeting as Chief Guest. Mr. Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank was present as Special Guest.
Unit Heads and Relationship Managers of Institutional Banking, Offshore Banking and Treasury made their business strategy presentations for 2022. Heads of Retail Distribution, CRM, FAD, ID, CAD and Treasury were also present in the Summit.
Performance of 2021 was reviewed and Annual Budget for the year 2022 of Institutional Banking, Small Business, Offshore Banking and Treasury were presented and strategies to achieve the budget was discussed where all staffs of the respective business segments were present. All were urged to ensure excellence in service and help clients meet their financial goals while remaining compliant with regulatory guidelines, maintaining asset quality, ensuring recovery of non-performing loan and delivering on shareholders’ return.
