178th meeting of the Board of Directors of Midland Bank PLC. held on 31st March 2026 in the Board Room of the Bank’s Head Office at Gulshan, Dhaka.
Mr. Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, honourable Chairman of the Bank was presided over the meeting. Honourable members of the Board of Directors of the Bank Master Abul Kashem, Mr. Rezaul Karim, Mr. A.K.M. Badiul Alam, Mr. Hafizur Rahman Sarker, Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, Mrs. Shahnaj Parveen, Mr. Mohammed Jamal Ullah, Alhaj Mohammed Helal Miah, Independent Director Mr. Riaz Ahmed Choudhury and MD & CEO Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed were also present at the meeting along with other high officials of the Bank.
At the beginning of the meeting Mr. Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, honourable Chairman along with other member of the Board, welcome Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, newly appointed MD & CEO of the bank through handed over a flower bouquet.
