Riaz A. Choudhury has over 28 years of extensive experience in the financial sector with a career spanning primarily (24 years) with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world and few years with IPDC Finance in Bangladesh. He has demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, investment, and business development, successfully led teams managing local and multinational clients as well as government sector entities. He has a strong track record in formulating and executing strategic initiatives, restructuring business and risk management practices.

Riaz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance from University of Dhaka and an MBA in International Business, a joint program offered by Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands and Independent University, Bangladesh. He has participated in key leadership and management development programs organized by HSBC and renowned international institutions such as INSEAD, Indian Institute of Management, London Business School, PwC, etc.

Sanjida Kasem is the first lady Chartered Accountant in practice in Bangladesh and a Fellow member of both ICAB and ICMAB, having qualified in 1991. She served a secondment with C&L, Singapore in 1992-93 and has been a partner of AQC since 1995. She was also a Partner of EY Global from July, 2017 to February, 2021.

Sanjida is a fully accredited Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), USA, and an ISO 9000 Certificated Lead Auditor. Sanjida has led many major audits, special reviews, procurement audits and financial review assignments with multinational companies, international donor agencies, and listed companies. Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman is the Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank PLC. Prior to joining MDB, Mr. Ahsan-uz Zaman was working for Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) as Additional Managing Director with responsibility for business catering to companies and individuals, International Trade Services, Information Technology and Alternative Delivery Channels. He initially joined MTB as Deputy Managing Director in July 2009 and was instrumental in developing existing and new client relationships, new business initiatives, assist in recruiting key officers, providing strategic direction and managing risk by chairing various Committees of the Bank. Prior to MTB, Mr. Ahsan-uz Zaman worked for Bank of America in New York, at its Global Wealth and Investment Management Division with responsibility for business across a wide assigned territory. He has diversified banking experience, having worked at home and abroad, serving JP Morgan Chase Bank, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas and ANZ Grindlays Bank where he joined as a Management Trainee in Dhaka in 1982.
